Midjourney V1视频模型来了，AI视频赛道又有卷王？

嗨大家好！

Midjourney sref 分享还没写完，视频模型直接上了，今天啥也别说了，先把体验分享端上来。

Midjourney V1 视频模型效果还是很棒的，毕竟我们之前很多图生视频的文生图都是它作为输出主力，现在它自己图生视频，我认为最棒的地方就是帧与帧之间的风格非常一致，没有了那种狗尾续貂的无力感。

它每次能够生成4个视频供我们挑选，这点真的太卷了。另外也可以基于视频进行延长，并且延长的效果也不错。每个 5 秒视频可通过“扩展”功能延长，最多增加 4 秒/次，最多可扩展 4 次也就是一共21秒。

目前没有看到在Discord端使用的方法，可能是暂时还没上，我们直接打开官方网站：https://www.midjourney.com/imagine

1.如何使用原生图图生视频：

方法1. 生成4张图片后鼠标移动到需要变成视频的图片上，选择 Animate

方法2. 点击打开任意一张图片后，右下角有一个Animate Image区域，选择 Low Motion 或者 High Motion：

低运动（Low Motion）：适合环境场景，相机基本静止，主体缓慢或有目的性移动。可能出现完全不动的情况。

高运动（High Motion）：适合主体和相机都大幅移动的场景，但是可能出现不自然的错误。

低运动效果和高运动效果的对比（左为低右为高）：

我们可以基于文生图，图生视频，然后使用 style reference 以及 omni reference 达到风格和主体、物品的一致性，生成多段视频等等。今天我先尝试了一些之前生成的图片，做了一个视频。

接下来我将从动画质量、性能和稳定性、提示词遵循、视频连贯性和扩展性，收费等方面先进行一个初步的体验和分享，后续有时间再针对特定主题做更深度的尝试和分析。

3.关于计费：

关于目前的计费标准我也帮大家去看了下，然后请AI帮忙算了一下。视频数量的计算基于官方说的每批生成4个视频，成本约为图像生成成本的8倍。供大家参考，性价比整体来说还是很不错的。有relax模式的肯定划算了，就是relax模式花费时间比较多一点。

小结：

这次Midjourney的V1视频模型，从视频生成的速度和效果上来说，fast速度真的很快，一分钟左右可以一组4个视频。至于relax，我在晚上9点左右使用relax模式测试了一下，这个模式下生成视频大概需要4分钟多一点。

第一次生成视频，5秒内的视频的质量是比较好的，真实感很好，过渡流畅，比较少有明显的抖动或者突兀的元素出现，整体效果很不错，尤其真实的人物相关的视频，都比较鲜活。还有对于很多比较冷门很容易训练不足的风格，它都能给出很好的一致风格的效果。产出视频的良品率还可以，高于我的预期。

我个人认为它非常适合结合它的 style reference 和 omni reference 功能，剪辑一些连贯性不强但是风格比较强的视频。

不过它似乎有点太喜欢环绕运镜了，很多镜头没必要环绕但也环绕了。

不足的地方也还有的。比如它自己标的输出的视频为480P，但是主流AI视频生成工具都大都有720-1080P的选项（不过我们实测后觉得这个清晰度还在可接受范围内，甚至比有的720P的效果还好）。比如延长视频的指令遵循上，我个人感觉目前它对于延长视频提示词的遵循不是很好，也有可能是我还没有适应，这个提示还需要摸索。使用自然语言或是带有镜头描述的提示词，遵循不算很好。延长视频如果是轻微的或者顺着惯性变化的，效果会比较好，但是如果我们需要更多的画面、镜头、角度、元素上的变化的时候，效果可能就稍微欠缺了。

就现阶段来说，它的生成视频功能要作为生产力的主力还有点难，但是有它本身强大的图片效果加持加上基于输出图片的原生感视频生成，后续再逐渐优化功能，相信还会有很多玩法的，值得期待。
